Eaton's Vehicle Group is seeking an Engineering Co-op at one of our Michigan facilities: Galesburg, Marshall, or Southfield. The Co-op will support our various engineering teams within Vehicle Global Products and Technology.

Position Description:

- Our Co-Op program is designed to provide opportunities to students who demonstrate the same high level of ethics, values, creativity, and performance we expect from our employees.
- During the Co-Op, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business and will be coached and mentored by Eaton leaders.
- The objective of the Co-Op is to develop students through practical product engineering and new technology experiences, as well as assist in the personal development of leadership competencies through training, networking, and coaching.
- The assignment will help the participant develop a wide range of leadership and functional competencies within the field of engineering.
- Opportunities are available for those students interested in specific engineering functions such as Design, Manufacturing, Lean / Continuous Improvement, and Electrical Technology.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Engineering.
- Must maintain a 2.8 or higher GPA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Must currently reside within 50 miles of Southfield, MI, Galesburg, MI, Marshall, MI, or Canton, MI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sophomore or Junior status.
- Prior internship or co-op experience.
- Must have strong mechanical skills and be willing to work in a hands-on environment.
