Entry Level Account Manager (Salary + Commission!!!) Job at Dear Retirement
As an Insurance Salesperson, you will help clients choose the most appropriate insurance coverage for their needs. You'll work with multiple insurance companies to find the best rates and coverage options for their clients. Insurance Salespeople must be excellent problem-solvers, as you'll often have to find creative solutions to complex coverage issues. You must also be detail-oriented and a quick thinker, as you will need to be able to understand and explain complex policy documents. Being a team player is also essential in this role, as you will often work closely with colleagues, clients, and insurance company representatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all Dear Retirement clients
- Engage in a needs analysis for your clients, determining what may best serve their retirement, life and health insurance needs
- Develop business relationships with new clients

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales success
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Pay: Starting pay is $15/hr plus commission!!!
