Home Instead in Oakmont is hiring for their next Care Professional. What that means is we are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow with our company as we continue to provide the best care to our clients in their homes. In this role you'll see how rewarding it is to help someone keep their peace of mind knowing they have a dependable Care Pro to support them.

A key feature we look for in a candidate is someone who genuinely cares. This person should be able to communicate well, not only with their clients but with the office to ensure we're meeting our goals to provide invaluable services to those in need. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and will be able to adapt to short-notice schedule changes as needed. Lastly, we want someone who is a team player, and this correlates to all aspects of the job.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Conversation and companionship
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Memory loss and Alzheimer's Care
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Transportation for errands and appointments
• **NO Previous experience necessary**
