Shane Slone is a dynamic and rapidly expanding Entrepreneur seeking an executive assistant. Please see description, duties, and details below.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will work with Shane Slone on business operations and personal endeavors in order to increase his productivity and expedite speed of execution. You will be an investigator, problem-solver, scheduler / arranger, and executor. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, investigative problem-solver who isn’t afraid to provide recommendations and accountability.

This role requires excellent communication and resourcefulness. You will be working directly with Shane Slone on various projects; you must be responsive, adaptable, versatile, and comfortable with change.

We are looking for a self-starter who is highly skilled, confident, and eager to learn a broad range of new skills related to our start-up business strategy & operations.

Experience/Education:

  • Prefer college degree, but not required.
  • No experience in healthcare necessary.
  • Prefer assistant or leadership experience.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally demonstrated in prior experiences.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills demonstrated in prior experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated in prior experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities: (On the job training provided.)

  • Perform duties as assigned by CEO, which may include tasks, filling in for other positions temporarily, performing job interviewing, arranging appointments both personally and for business needs.
  • Arranging business and personal travel for Shane Slone, his family, and employees / officers as instructed.
  • Performing research on new projects
  • Performing tasks and reviewing / planning initiatives based on directions from Shane in line with expected project needs and/or outcomes.
  • All information is expected to be communicated clearly and with tangible reports / visuals when requested.
  • Applicant must be able to go the extra mile and be resourceful to tackle problems, collect information, and assist the CEO in progressing projects.
  • Applicant must be comfortable performing and/or assisting in organizing personal tasks for the CEO and his family / officers / designated persons.

Hours:

Working hours will generally be M-F 10:00-6:30 EST, however the applicant is expected to be responsive to the needs of the CEO at all times. Efforts will be made to minimize working time on weekends and at night, but should be expected at times. Holiday time and time off will be synchronized with CEO.
