ROLE SUMMARY
This role will ensure EzyVet software is implemented successfully
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, road map and roll out EzyVet at our new clinics.
- Advise on enhancements and improvements:
- Workflow Improvements
- Product enhancements
- Establish goals and initiatives
- Feature backlog management and definitions
- Coordination with Product Teams to define Back Office Enhancements and Improvements
- Support for customer-facing teams, daily resolution of critical issues which impact all stakeholders (clients, Veterinarian and Nurse teams, Business Operations, Client Support, etc.)
- Product performance - Build and review reports on product performance
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
- Have 3+ years of EzyVet implementation and integration experience
- Have knowledge of Veterinary Practice workflows
- Can provide strategic solutions for complex integrations
