Right at Home Southwestern Illinois is looking to add a qualified professional to our team. The role as a Field Supervisor this is a great position for a CNA that is looking to grow in their role. As a Field Supervisor you will be fully accountable for providing an outstanding service and experience with all Right at Home employees, clients, and family members. Be able to construct and implement quality patient care plans.

This is a Full-time position 8 am-4 pm with some weekend coverage. On call one weekend every 5th week.

Strong management skills are key to providing our in-home caregivers with the opportunity to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Good problem-solving skills, excellent staff development orientation, outstanding leadership skills, and willingness to learn are a must!

CLIENT CARE

• Serve as the organizational lead in addressing and/or responding to client/family questions, comments, and concerns
• Assist office personnel in the development of individual client care plans, and lead efforts to assign tasks to specific, appropriate shifts
• Ensure compliance of patient care logs, investigating and resolving issues/violations
• Demonstrate a high level of compassion, leadership, and recognition in working with caregivers to make Right at Home an “Employer of Choice” in this region
• Work with HR to ensure appropriate education and training is provided to care staff, specific to individual clients
• Maintain annual State of Illinois training requirements

SCHEDULING

• Identify best caregiver match for client team based on skills & tasks required
• Answer caregiver phone inquiries and handle situations promptly and professionally
• Optimize scheduling efficiency by applying a systematic approach to filling hours without incurring overtime
• This is a weekend only position to assist with clients care, and caregivers observations on the weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Nurse Assistant
• Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
• Staffing/Scheduling Experience (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Scheduling Software (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of health care experience preferred
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Meets health requirements necessary for direct patient care
• Be available (on-call) a minimum of one weekend per month for weekend assignments, Care Provider introductions and addressing emergency situations

Pay: $18.56 - $20.06 per hour
