Henning Automotive Holdings is searching for an experienced Automotive Business Manager who is willing to be a team player and wants to make a good living. This automotive group is growing fast and has a postition for someone who is looking to be a long term emplolyee. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of previous finance management with a high pvr, a great work ethic, a high level of integrity, a customer centric attitude, and a high level of attention to detail. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Daily review of CIT'S
- Submitting deals to lenders
- Re-hash deals
- Completing all contracts and necessary paperwork for customers
- Keeping the dealership up to date with and in compliance on all local, state, and federal regulations
- Working directly with the sales manager and assisting sales staff with training
- Staying up to date with all lending programs and distributing them to the sales manager
- Complete provided training both in location and remotely
- Maintain and increase PVR's monthly with a minimal rate of cancellations
- Process any and all cancellations of products immediately
- Work with the titling department ensuring that all necessary documents are completed.
- Maintain professionalism with all clients and staff
- Open and close dealership upon request
- Structure deals when sales manager is occupied
- Retain all front end gross
- Increase penetration rates
- Succeed in hitting all KPI's
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
- Must have at least 2 years experience in automotive finance or in a relevant field such as power sports or RV's with references

Pay: $36,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
