• Partner with the Client’s Operations Teams to assist with preparation of annual budgets, monthly financial forecasts, support for new business and provide insight into financial variances

• Prepare high-quality financial information and analysis that provides context and insight for decision-makers across the Client’s Company on operational priorities

• Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting.

• Maintain all aspects of Facility Management accounting.

• Prepares key management reports emphasizing historical results, budgets, forecasts, and trends.

• Performs actual to budget variance analysis while highlighting risks & opportunities to plan.

• Provide actionable recommendations for cost saving opportunities based upon actual and forecasted expenditures.

• Present of FM financials to senior staff.

• Provide financial dashboard creation and update as needed.

• Research industry standards and implement where applicable.

• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be intellectually curious and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Support corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure in conformance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements

• Contribute to development of cross functional processes/and or structures that improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting within the organization

• Develop and maintain positive relationship with all Client stakeholders
• Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Flagship performance.
• Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions client problems
• Ensure best practices are implemented to meet client expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, customer service and cost performance, and execute approved plans.
• Act as a Flagship ambassador, adopting and maintaining the firm’s core values of Safety, Inclusion, Customer Focused, and Integrity

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Expert in Excel and well versed in PowerPoint, SmartSheets, Google Sheets, etc
• A minimum of 3 to 5 plus years of Accounting, Finance experienced required. Experience in Facilities/Workplace accounting/finance preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a fast-paced work environment.
• Superior client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints.
• Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong written, verbal and people skills. Strong collaborative management style

Work Environment

Small-to-large office environment Fast paced office environment. Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments and client environments.
