• Maintain/create electronic database or registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet allocated to WTX region.
• Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting new requirements.
• Oversee routine maintenance and obtain tags for new vehicles and renew old ones to ensure scheduled fleet management, ensuring all employee have replacement vehicles if required.
• Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations and ensure users are compliant with CES policy.
• Maintain and monitor data management system (GPS) and liaison with HSE and Operations.
• Assist with Fuel cards for all vehicles and drivers.
• Participate in various workshops and educational programs and maintain knowledge on all industry relevant publications.
• Implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practice via CES standards.
• Ensure reports are up to date and all documentation and files are current for fleet.

• Must have experience with DOT regulations.
• Experience with monitoring GPS tracking systems.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to multitask.
• 1 + year in Fleet position.
• Must take and pass drug screening and background check.
• Must have great organizational and computer skills.

Provides basic and some advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within the Crosby fleet department. May be responsible for performing office task such as filling, maintaining records and on occasion collecting vehicles out at location. Prepare vehicle reports, presentations or correspondence. Ensuring all vehicles and equipment are licensed and registered with current and up-to-date records. Follow organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks that are assigned!
