Job Title : Technical Specialist – FOIA Analyst (277752) || 46224
Location : 100% Remote (Texas)
Description:
DHS Priv FOIA and Privacy Act Support Services; intake and case management in client's FOIA case management system of record, Secure Release; document review; familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft Office suite of technologies; attention to detail; ability to obtain and keep public trust clearance
Familiarity with government information technology systems; experience working with federal government
Updating case management system with information for Freedom of Information (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests; processing responses to FOIA and PA requests for information, including but not limited to, drafting letters and other correspondences and redacting information exempted under FOIA/PA for reasons such as personal privacy and security
Completed updates to case management system for assigned cases; processed FOIA/PA requests
Minimum High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
