Location: Roggen Colorado

Hours: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. (or until finished)

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Role Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining houses and properly caring for birds while communication any issues related to the birds' feed, water, air, and overall health to the Production Lead or Manager. This position must maintain compliance with all company policies and governmental regulations.

Essential Job Functions:

Ensure the birds' feed and water levels are readily available and supplied according to feed schedule. Maintain proper and accurate paperwork related to bird health, biosecurity, equipment, and schedules. Ensure feeders are in working order and that feed is visible and sufficient in feed troughs. Communicate any issues to maintenance or production leads/ manager immediately. Ensure Cage-free system doors are working to schedule and report any issue. Help transfer eggs if there are egg belt issue.

Required Qualifications :

Must demonstrate good work ethic.

Must be available to be scheduled for work 7 days a week including holidays. Overtime Exempt.

Must be willing to work in areas where birds are free to move around designated areas.
