Front Desk Receptionist Job at Manhattan Beach Dental Solutions
We are looking for a front desk dental office administrator. For us, this is NOT just about answering phones, answering patients' questions and then checking Instagram. This is about creating relationships with patients and the staff. This is about helping to solve daily workflow problems as they arise. We need a staff member that is ready to jump in and make an impact.

Your duties would include:
- Answering phones/emails/texts from patients to get them scheduled
- Confirming appointments
- Reaching out to patients who are past due for their regular cleanings
- Greeting patients and getting them seated for their appointments
- Helping to manage the schedule on a daily basis

Dental office experience not necessary but can be a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
