About us
Solid Ground Sales is a small business in Lakewood Ranch, FL. We just moved into a brand new building that we built off of Lakewood Ranch Blvd near LECOM. Solid Ground Sales, LLC is a real estate firm specializing in buying vacant land in about 25 states. We currently have around 30 employees.
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing the front desk area, and providing administrative support to our closing team, which consists of two closing coordinators, and three account managers.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a professional demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the correct person or department.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Keep records of visitors and guests.
- Provide coordination and customer service between sellers and the closing team.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Mail and E-mail cancellations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
