Delta View Post Acute is looking for PART TIME WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST.
PART TIME - SATURDAY & SUNDAY 8-5:30
STARTING @ $18.00
The Receptionist position is limited to clerical duties only and is located and limited to the Reception/Administrative area. The main purpose of this position is to attend too and greet visitors and answer telephone.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Monitor visitor access Maintain visitor sign-in log.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Direct people to the appropriate destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Receive and sort mail.
- Professional personal presentation.
