Community Care Network is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team!

About the Role:
The Front Desk Supervisor provides leadership to individuals in front desk positions who perform a wide range of administrative and office support functions for the Front Desk/Reception at multiple program locations. This position collaborates with staff, the community, stakeholders and clients in an office/program setting to facilitate efficient operations.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk oversight and individual staff supervision.
- Ensure all front desks have sufficient staff coverage. Provide front desk coverage as needed.
- Ensure there is professional front desk administrative support including, but not limited to; answering of multiple phone lines, greeting and announcing community members, support of team members, assisting with completion of forms, and other tasks as required.
- Reviewing and verifying accurate and complete documentation with clients including, but not limited to; client demographic information, releases, consent for treatment, fee sets, insurance provider(s), emergency information, etc.
- Maintain EMR documentation by timely scanning of documents, data entry, and collaboration with team members
- Provide administrative support and act as a liaison for inter-department requests made to the program(s) front desk location where assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated ability to defuse challenging situations and work in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency with computers, experience entering data into electronic medical records
- Excellent communication and listening skills; verbal and written
- Ability to be flexible and balance changing priorities
- Stationary sitting for extended periods of time
- Skilled with time management; organizing day to day tasks, prioritizing according to deadlines, etc.
- Provide problem solving skills; while maintaining a high level of customer service by demonstrating professionalism and respectfulness towards others
- Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
- Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.
