Located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida; Rosedale Golf & Country Club is looking for an energetic, professional individual who is a team player

The Tennis Court Maintenance person will be responsible for maintaining a proper playing surface on all Tennis Courts here at Rosedale, emptying trash and maintaining general cleanliness of the pool deck, minor repairs and painting of the clubhouse and may include other duties as required by the club

Essential Functions:

Performs daily maintenance to Har-Tru tennis courts, including:

• Dragging all courts after play and always keeping them ready for play.
• Making sure courts are watered properly.
• Clearing lines and maintaining overall playability of all courts.
• Keeping water coolers filled and cups stocked.
• Fixing any repairs if possible or reporting issues to Tennis Pro or General Manager.
• Maintaining all wind screens and fences.
• Keeping drainage ditches free and clear of any debris.
• Straighten all patio furniture around Tennis Pro Shop daily.
• Picking up all trash around tennis courts and patio area.

• Responsible for the emptying of trash and upkeep of the general appearance of the Pool deck

• Performs minor repairs and painting around the clubhouse as needed

• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager

Education:

• High school diploma or GED

• Vocational training in building and maintenance trades preferred

• Must read, write, and speak English.

• Must be able to interpret technical blueprints and manuals

Experience:

• Must have 3 years of experience in Har-Tru tennis court maintenance and general building maintenance including painting
