Future Talent Program – Continuous Improvement


This role is part of our Future Talent Program – Leadership Track is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.

From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. The plan includes a combination of project-rotations into different organizations, international assignments, work within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship from a network of colleagues all over the world. The program will give you broad insight into our company, our culture, and our values. After completing this program, you will have gained knowledge, built relationships, and had experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company.



The program starts on July 10, 2023.

This position is for Winsted, Minnesota.

You will be travelling 10% of your time to our customer sites

Tetra Pak is not considering applicants Internal and External who require international relocation to the United States.

What you will do
Future Talent Continuous Improvement
WCM (World Class Management) is part of our Process, Tools and Capability team, supporting our Ice Cream, Cheese and Powder business. These business teams are in turn responsible for the design, engineering and implementation of Tetra Pak processing solutions for our food manufacturing customers.
Your main activities will be:
  • Driving professional pulsing routines for existing Must Do Activities and other initiatives
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset through the organisation
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through ownership of the Opportunity Data process
  • Implement a wave approach of continuous improvement teams in the business stream - ensuring improvement solutions are adopted in the business

  • Are a talented recent graduated candidate from Business Administration, Engineering (not necessarily an Engineer, but with the technical background/interests), and you are interested in taking your career to the next level this opportunity is for you
  • Finished or will finish your studies between June 2021 and June 2023
  • Have availability to travel 10% of the time
