We are hiring now for our spring seasonal store at Hall of Fame and Perkins Rd, Stillwater, OK. This is a seasonal job, but most of our managers return in the fall, and return the following year. (We need are also hiring for Assistant Managers for an hourly rate.)

PAY: $500 Signing Bonus, $850 per week, plus PTO, Employee Discount and Seasonal Bonus.

Manager duties include: Leading and training staff by example by enforcing all UTS operational functions and policies,

presenting sales goals, creating and implementing daily team tasks, providing excellent customer service, knowing inventory, sales and promotions,

receiving and stocking inventory,

maintaining plant and product health, property maintenance, end-of-day financial paper work, interviewing, hiring and training employees, and upholding the Under The Sun standard of excellent customer service, quality products, presented by a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

All Under The Sun job positions require: a cheerful and friendly disposition, being on your feet, in motion, during the duration of your work shift, the ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and working outside in all weather conditions.
