Local Manufacturer seeks a General Manager to work with the owners of the business. The General Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the policies and procedures to achieve the various activities necessary to accomplish the ever-changing goals and objectives established by the owners. This involves balancing the interests of the Company's owners, customers, suppliers, lenders, employees, government and the community. Since governance provides the framework for attaining the Company's goals and objectives, this position will encompass practically every sphere of MANAGEMENT, from action plans and internal controls to performance measurement and corporate disclosure
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

5 years of management experience in heavy equipment manufacturing or transportation.

Experience with welding, forming and cutting steel & aluminum.
