OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a Full-Time Receiver for our 1st Shift team at the SalonCentric Distribution Center, located at 11720 Peel Circle, La Vista, NE 68128. Candidates must be available to work 1st shift Monday - Friday as well as being available to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays, as needed based on workload. Following a 90-day probationary period, candidates will be eligible to participate in SalonCentric's medical, dental and vision benefits programs.

JOB SCOPE:

Individual’s general responsibilities include unloading, breakdown and receipt of products from vendors or processing damages/returns of product. The individual’s normal work hours are Monday through Friday starting at 6am with a half-hour lunch break. Occasionally it may be necessary for this individual to work outside of their normal scheduled hours; according to business needs. Overtime must be approved by your manager

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE:

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Must be able to lift 38 lbs on a continual basis.
• Must be reliable and on-time to work each day.
• Attention to detail is a must. Incoming orders must be received and put-away in a timely manner (48-hour window).
• Additionally, the receiving department also handles replenishment of stock from bulk bins to primary locations.
• Ability to use computer and radio frequency devices (RF gun).
• Must be able to operate powered material handling equipment (order picker, pallet jack, etc.) safely. Individual will be certified in use of equipment.
• Good work ethic and ability to interface effectively with others in the company.
• All work area must be kept clean and free of debris.
• Individual may be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to read and write English
• Must have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent
• Ability to learn to use computer and radio frequency devices (RF gun).
• Must be forklift certified and be able to use an order picker (train).
• Must be reliable and on-time to work each day.
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment.
