Summary

This role is the connector between the Center commercial team and the Franchise organization. Be the voice of the franchise back to the center across strategic routines to influence the center plans in order to drive scale, efficiencies and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face and the voice of the commercial plan to the Franchise teams for innovation and base businesses plan deployment and amplification.
  • Commercialize, adapt and amplify the strategy and commercial plans through routines with Franchise teams and bottlers.
  • Lead the NAOU routines from the Commercial lens in the monthly Voice of Bottler Meeting, Commercial Weekly Email Communication; with an eye for continual process improvement against routines and adapting as needed to meet the changing business needs.
  • Lead the Franchise communication and deployment of base business acceleration plans in partnership with Commercial Strategy and Operations team to ensure key initiatives deliverables are met.
  • Be the SME and once source of truth for the Franchise team on all deployed commercial resources including merchandising, subsides, allocations and sharing of best practices.
  • Continually work on aligning resources to the work that matters most and making hard choices in alignment with the Franchise leads.
  • Develop and coordinate Market Street Challenge, including strategy and questions in partnership with Channel Strategy team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years of professional experience working with in a highly networked organization.
  • Experience working with a franchise system where our partners are the conduits to our end consumers and amplifying our strategies require daily alignment and collaboration
