The JOB:
Jekyll Island Club Resort is looking for a new breed of leader in group sales. As Group Sales Manager, you will promote the sale of the resort's facilities by generating group business from all market segments. You will be responsible for prospecting, sales calls, selling, negotiations, closing sales, and meeting specific budgetary goals set in place each year.

- Strong Selling Skills
- Tenaciously owns Sales group and any other promotional opportunities.
- Adept on property PMS (Opera) and Delphi
- Well organized, detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Must possess excellent verbal and written Communication skills both internally and externally
- Needs to possess nimbleness by changing with the needs of the Hotels and Noble House Hotels and Resorts Hotels
- Must emulate the Noble House Hotels and Resorts Culture.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of three to five years Hotel sales experience
- Previous multi-unit experience preferred, but not essential
- Previous structured Sales Training course a plus
