No prior automotive industry experience is required to apply! We are seeking individuals with various industry backgrounds. If you have experience in hospitality, guest services, or just simply love making customers happy, we’d like to help you translate those skills into a successful career in the retail automotive business. Our training program will provide you the skills necessary to succeed!

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We serve a customer base seeking luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Guest Service Liaison, you will be one of the primary team members responsible for extending world-class hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Communicating clearly with our guests across multiple channels (phone and email) and being responsive to their needs.
• Helping guests navigate the sale process while extending hospitality and excellent service
• Working as part of a team to serve our guests
• Takes Initiative to contact guest leads and begin the sales process

SKILLS NEEDED TO WIN:

• Ability to effectively manage time and to meet and exceed targets
• A strong desire to succeed
• Focus on providing all customers an exceptional experience, prior experience is preferred
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. a “people person”)
• Fantastic communication skills
• Computer, email and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Pride in how you present yourself to others
• Willingness to provide continuous effort to increase sales, drive company branding and improve business.
• A strong desire to win in a competitive environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license
• Fluency in foreign languages a plus
