Job overview
As a Guest Service Representative, you will fill a key role with an industry-recognized leader in hospitality management services. You will greet and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay to meet The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Green Bay high standards of quality
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a valid drivers license
- Be able to stand and move throughout front office for multiple hours a day
- Have prior hospitality experience. While this is preferred, it is not a requirement
- Have considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
- Have the ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- have discretion when it comes to guest information
- Be flexible in scheduling - this includes weekends and holidays
Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
