• Retail or restaurant experience preferred

• Able to stand for 9 hours.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Accurate hearing and listening skills with a command of the English language.
• Basic computer/POS usage skills.

• Must be focused on guest's needs.

• Punch in, sign in, and report to General Manager/Assistant Manager on time & in full uniform for each shift
• Must be focused on delivering our standards and providing the MOOYAH service experience
• Have a thorough knowledge of all of the MOOYAH food and beverage offerings
• Educate GUESTS about what MOOYAH is and how the concept and food originated
• Perform opening set up, running side work and closing duties
• Be able to establish relationships with GUESTS and promote loyalty
• Serve GUESTS according to established procedures and our unique style of service
• Always conduct yourself professionally and have fun while providing outstanding MOOYAH service
• Enter GUEST orders accurately, operate the POS system, & efficiently process payments
• Accurately execute the cash handling and check-out procedures
• Maintain safety & sanitation
• Attend all employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
• Avoid leaving work area during peak periods
• Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Assistant Manager
• Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS
• Has a good understanding and plays and active role in Guest Obsession
