Gutter Foreman is responsible for customer satisfaction of installing seamless gutters. Being able to lead the crew members of installing seamless gutters. Being a team player and helping out where ever we may need you. Gutter Foreman's are expected to understand the steps to install seamless gutters and being able to teach and work well with the crew members.

Expectations of a Foreman

• Being on time- 6:45AM- 7AM
• Loading the Vans up the day before with the material needed for the next days job with the crew member
• Keeping the Gutter Vans Clean with the crew members
• Driving to the job
• Keeping the Shop Organized and Clean
• Keep office staff up to date on material
• Keep office staff up to date if your day changes
• Understanding the steps of installing Seamless Gutters, Leaf Guards, and Repairs
• Installing Seamless Gutters, Leaf Guard, Gutter Repair, Cleaning, whatever the job maybe
• Train each crew member to have potential to become a foreman
• Working as a team with the crew member
• Go above and Beyond for the customers
• Maintain a Safe Job Site
• Protect and maintain equipment
• Maintaining a clean job site
• Communicate with all employees
• Work as a team with all employees

• Following through with what the Foreman is asking you to do
• Loading and Unloading Gutter Vans Daily
• Keeping the Gutter Vans clean
• Keeping the Shop organized and clean
• Driving to the Job
• Willing to Learn from the Foreman
• Understanding the concept of what steps there are to install seamless gutters, leaf guard, and repairs
• Maintaining a clean job site
• Protect and maintain equipment
• Maintaining a Safe Job Site
• Work well with team members and other employees
• Communicating with all crew members
• Going Above and Beyond to making the customer is satisfied
• Never be afraid to ask for help- we are a team we work together in everything
