Job description

Qualified candidate will keep hatchery facility maintained. Fix, repair and prevent any major breakdowns. Keep hatchery running efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing all processing and incubation systems. Addressing manager's needs by maintaining and repairing the building infrastructure.

Essential Job Functions

60% - Maintenance Work. Troubleshooting production issues and analyzing equipment efficiency.

20% - Oversee production flow

10% - Scheduling (Maintenance Scheduling Program)

10% - Capital Projects

Decision making

Prioritizing what needs to be fixed and how to improve production flow. Making production area a safe environment for all.

Working Conditions

Physical demands can vary day-to-day but includes standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Environmental conditions can vary as well but can be cold, hot, humid, and noisy.

Requirements:

· Previous Poultry or Hatchery Plant maintenance experience preferred.

· Must have knowledge of high/low voltage processing equipment.

· Vocational/Technical training in Maintenance and Repair or similar field

· Demonstrate knowledge of hatchery process

· Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machinery’s control systems.

Work Schedule:

· Work Days/hours: Sunday to Friday/ 6:00 PM - 2:30AM (roughly)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
