This full-time career opportunity has a Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm schedule, and is located at our outpatient practice in Northridge, CA. In this medical back office position you'll get to:

• Answer phones, kindly talk patients through the steps and answer their questions and concerns.
• Organize and prioritize requests for medical records, and route medical records appropriately based on patient's time of exam.
• Copy electronic medical records and images onto CDs.
• Provide courteous and professional service to attorneys, referring physicians, and patients requesting medical records.
• May cross-train and help in other departments as needed.
• Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

We're looking for dependable and professional candidates with at least 6+ months of medical/radiology office work experience (or completed medical office training education/program), computer skills, a High School Diploma, and medical terminology knowledge. The ability to multi-task, excellent customer service skills, great communication skills, clean driving record (No SR-22, DUI or suspended license within the last 7 years), and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are also a must.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00/hour
