Job Qualifications
Any candidate with permanent Civil Service status as a Help Desk Technician (or reachable on existing Civil Service eligibility list) may apply. In the event a list does not exist, the successful candidate will be appointed provisionally. Candidate will be required to subsequently pass the Help Desk Technician exam and be reachable on the Civil Service certified list.
Graduation from a high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and either;
- Possession of A+ certification and six (6) months full-time paid experience as a Computer Technician; OR
- Two (2) years full-time paid experience as a Computer Technician.
