To fulfill our mission, we are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial, results-oriented school leader with a deep sense of responsibility and commitment to the students and to the communities of Colton and Uniontown.

Position Title: 1.0 FTE English w/Performing Arts

or

1.0 FTE English w/STEAM

Required Qualifications:

· Possess or be eligible for a Washington State Teaching Certificate

· Possess or be eligible for a Washington State English endorsement

· Possess or be eligible for a Washington State endorsement in one or more of the following:

o Choral Music

o Computer Science

o General Music

o Mathematics

o Science

o Theatre Arts

o Visual Arts

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience teaching at various age levels

· Experience teaching secondary English

· Experience working as a Science, Technology, Art, or Mathematics specialist

· Strong instructional skills

· Strong classroom management skills

Terms of Employment:

· Salary: Placement based on experience and level of education.

· Contract: 181 day contract plus Professional development days.

· Benefits : Per district policy.
