Precision Home HealthCare is Medicare Certified and licensed by PA Department of Health. Our office services adult and geriatric patients in Schuylkill County.
Per-Diem Physical Therapist (PT) and Occupational Therapist (OT) positions available. We offer a flexible schedule that best fits your life. We offer competitive Per Diem compensation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and meet patients’ therapy goals and needs.
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs.
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care goals and proven interventions.
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally.
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Consult and practice with other health professionals.
- Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress.
- Document patient care services
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Graduate degree in physical therapy and a valid PT license to practice in PA.
- Experience with computer software and/or electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Knowledge of OASIS documentation.
- Knowledge of Medicare requirements and compliance.
- Current CPR certification.
