After Hours Weekend On Call RN - Different schedules available

• Friday 5pm - Monday 8am Full Time Every Weekend Salaried OR
• Part Time every other weekend - Half Salary OR
• Alternate On Call Schedule every other weekend and 2 nights one week and 3 nights second week. Full Time Salaried

Hiring one On Call for North Team and one for South Team

Responds to telephone requests at home from our after-hours Triage RN for assistance by addressing the request by telephone or by making a visit that includes skilled assessment and interventions which can include in person after hours admissions and end of life visits.

• After Hours Home visits and Skilled/Assisted Nursing visits as needed
• Share call with another RN
• Salaried + Mileage + Full Benefits
• Only take calls from our After-Hours RN Coordinators

Required

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse. An employee in this role is only able to provide clinical guidance to patients in states in which the employee possesses a current, unencumbered license.
• One (1+) year of nursing experience.
• Prefer Hospice experience.
