White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. As the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California and one of the largest in the country, we are more than just a place to work. Pay Range: $18.47 - $20.28

Days/Shifts: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Job Duties:
Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, vendors and fellow team members;

Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in areas such as resident homes/apartments, common, dining and other areas throughout the community; Clean resident bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom areas;

Dust, clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, wash areas as appropriate; Empty trash, spot clean carpets;

Maintain an organized and stocked work cart;

Take note of safety concerns and needed repairs and report to supervisor;

Ensure that clinical areas are sanitized in accordance with established Infectious Disease Control policies & procedures;

Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) with residents
