Job Description
- Ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained and will direct associates to correct any deficiencies.
- Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
- Completing graded inspections of public areas and houseperson’s checklists.
- Initiate and coordinate with maintenance to ensure that maintenance requests are initiated on a timely basis and that property is maintained in a like-new condition.
- Inspect all areas of the hotel (rooms, public space, back of the house, grounds) to ensure sanitation, brand and health standards are met.
- Inspect work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established brand and hotel standards.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years previous housekeeping experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi task
