Job Title: Human Resources Technician
Summary: The HR Technician’s role is to support the human resources department with clerical duties through the hiring season.
*Salary: $17.81 - $18.77 hourly, *Building Secretary - Classified Salary Schedule, dependent upon experience.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous secretarial or similar experience is preferred. Strong office skills including typing, use of computer and other machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer phones as needed
- Filing and clerical duties
- Setting up onboarding appointments
- Distributing and collecting required onboarding materials
- Intake of employees on onboarding days.
- Data Entry and tracking
Skills and Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Ability to learn computer programs that will be used on a daily basis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- Must be able to work and communicate in a professional manner with staff, and the public
