What you will enjoy doing*
- You will be responsible for HSE training materials development and training program monitoring and administration
- Timely completion of monthly HSE reporting and HSE data analysis
- You will provide suitable suggestions for improvement and take action
- Further, you will manage incident reporting & investigation process, as well as the Incident Database
- Participation in/lead Major Incident Investigations and Root Cause Analysis
- You will suggest measures for positive reinforcement of safe behavior, good HSE performance, disciplinary measures for violations, and breaches depending on seriousness
- HSE Inspection of workplaces, offices, manufacturing workshop as applicable
- Additionally, you will lead Internal Audits and Assessments (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)
- Support entities to meet the minimum requirements and meet IMS requirements
- Develop Safety moments, alerts and other applicable HSE communications
- You will develop HSE campaigns and programs and develop ideas to promote HSE culture
- Collect & manage sites data related to ESG Corporate Reporting requirements and input data into the ESG Module of LiDAP to track data for sustainability matric, analysis and reporting.
- You will review and update Emergency and Crisis Plans periodically and ensure employees are trained and kept aware of the requirements
- Coordinate with LE Manufacturing facilities, Gases HSE Teams, Facilities teams and others on HSE related topics
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Engineering / HSE or equivalent
- You have an Occupational Safety and Heath related diploma or certificate (Required)
- OSHA 30 hours General Industry training
- ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal Auditors’ training
- You have basic Industrial Hygiene Monitoring experience and knowledge
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in the field of HSE, at least 5 years of HSE Management experience in supporting / managing multiple offices / locations
- Construction (preferred) or Manufacturing HSE field experience of 3 years
