Definition and Examples of Work

• Accurately review images and video tolls processed by the electronic video review system.
• Make corrections to transactions based on video evidence to assign the correct license plate.
• Input accurate data to the KTA video review system.
• View registered vehicle owner information and assign to violation or video toll account.
• Perform quality control checks against previously viewed and processed violation or video toll accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality of information within the department.
• Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.

This position works independently to accomplish tasks, and may occasionally be asked to work as part of a team to provide input and problem solving to complete tasks. Decision making is typically done independently within established company guidelines in regard to decisions affecting the individual's work tasks. Successful and efficient completion of job tasks impacts revenue generation (receivables).

• System knowledge of the turnpike (to be learned on the job).
