We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our new Plano Texas, location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Agents are expected to handle and process the calls, based on each customer’s unique situation. Training of the processes and system software is provided. It is not remote job. This job requires presence at the mentioned location.
Qualifications:
· We are looking for candidates who are familiar with computers.
· Have experience using Microsoft Outlook, and Office (Word, Excel)
· Strong verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
