MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INSIDE SALES/PROJECT MANAGER:
Inside Sales/Project Managers handle all incoming phone orders, quoting and estimating. Ensure customer’s needs are fulfilled quickly, courteously and with a high level of accuracy.
Supports Outside Sales Team with product information, costing and follow-through on orders, shipping and scheduling installations. Communicate information to Sales Team promptly and courteously and always works to help the Sales Team meet the customer’s needs.
Inside Sales/Project Managers input orders and work orders in a timely and accurate manner that ensures quality customer service. Use of the order follow up system to ensure on time delivery from vendor to customer. Works with freight company or Vendor to ensure best freight delivery and cost are obtained for our customers.
Ensures work orders and applicable P. O.’s are sent to warehouse in a timely manner to be shipped, delivered or installed. Follow-through with vendor on timely receipt of purchase orders. Promptly communicates any delays with the customer.
Inside Sales Project Managers assists Sales Team and customers with project management, overseeing completion of installation projects, correcting problems and damaged products. Always represent W. W. Cannon in the most professional, customer service-oriented way.
Follow up on phone quotes, web and vendor leads daily and always be closing.
Assist at times with warehouse duties, such as pulling orders or scheduling Installation Dept. to pull orders at the beginning or end of the day, loading/unloading trucks, and arranging LTL& Fedex orders.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Organized person with a “can do” attitude.
Must be familiar with how CRM/ERP systems work and be computer/tech savvy.
Must get along well with all types of personalities.
