PCIHIPAA is currently hiring a team inside sales professionals to set up the pitch of our non-clinical compliance software to medical and dental providers.

We have been in business for over a decade. Our all in one solution is unrivaled and due to our recent merge with Rectangle Health, Ravepoint, and Remindercall, we will be offering a number of new and additional product lines and offering soon, this means more revenue opportunities for our sales teams.
What's in it for you? This position earns a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of an average of $140-300k annually (with uncapped commissions). Benefits include: No nights or weekends, half day Fridays, paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, holiday bonuses, get paid weekly, lots of cash incentives for the sales team, and more! This role will start with stepping into our training program to learn our recession proof suite of products. This is also where you will gain on-the-job training with our dialer, scripts, learn compliance knowledge, get comfortable calling into and communicating our main customer base and selling our software.
While we typically offer remote, hybrid, and in-office opportunities, we are currently focused on candidates that can/want to be onsite in our Las Vegas office to help shape and continue to enhance our culture.
What will you do?
- Sell our award-winning HIPAA & OSHA compliance program to medical and dental practices nationwide
- Develop PCI, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance expertise
- Educate customers by demonstrating our products and services through web presentations
- Drive revenue through education and sales to meet daily, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Work with team members across the organization to create Amazing Customer Experiences ("ACE") for our clients.
What will you have?
- 3-5 years previous experience in Inside Sales. Medical and/or Dental industry sales is a PLUS
- Strong negotiation, communication and listening skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Desire and ability to receive feedback and learn
- Proven track record of both success in sales and driving revenue through sales strategies
- Experience working within a CRM (we use Hubspot)
