We specialize in custom wall coverings, signage, window film, acoustics, and specialty projects for start-ups and top tech companies around the bay. Our client is looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our team. This role will work closely with general contractors, architects, and various internal teams within our organization to support and execute projects. The perfect candidate is a team player with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project operations with the support of project estimator, purchasing manager, graphics departments, production, and installation teams.

• Attend site job walks as needed and perform field measurements prior to production

• Mange and produce pre-production job jackets

• Build project timelines to support design proofs and submittals.

• Work with purchasing manager to secure materials and ensure due dates align with project installation.

• Gather and share necessary floor plans and documentation to installation team to ensure successful installation onsite.

• Communicate effectively with the customer during all phases of the project

• Produce all close out documentation and work with accounting department on billings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum - HS diploma or GED; Preferred Associates or Bachelor’s degree

• Experience working with General Contractors and/or architects is preferred

• 1+ years’ experience or degree in construction management including construction billing practices (IE partial billings, change orders, Insurance Certificates, etc.) is preferred

• Experience doing take-offs; Planswift; Building Connected, ProCore preferred.

• Large format printing industry experience is preferred

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, dependable, accountable, trustworthy, hardworking, and self-motivated

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
