This position will provide customer order service for the Crop Protection export business. Responsible for order processing from receipt of order, through delivery of goods and final invoicing of Customer and all functions of Customer Service which are associated with this process.

Selected candidate will be responsible for SAP order processing of raw materials and packaging components to support contract manufacturing operations, and reporting on actual and planned raw material and packaging component delivery status.

What You'll Do:

The instrument / electrical planner is a member of the Integrated Coordinator Team responsible for all instrument / low-voltage electrical (I/E) TAR planning. Low voltage shall be considered 480V and below. Normally, this responsibility will be for an entire Site/Unit where the TAR is occurring.

  • Manage the unplanned work order backlog by -Reviewing backlog and planning list,

Clarifying incomplete or poorly defined work notifications,Grouping work orders and/or notifications together that can be planned and completed as a single order,Determining the appropriate degree of planning

  • Plan maintenance work orders by analyzing them in basic job steps and for each step; determine its sequence relative to other steps, and what parts, materials, skills, special tools, and craft manpower are required.
  • Analyze, estimate and prepare Task Lists (Model Work Orders) for jobs that are part of Preventive Maintenance program and prepare Task Lists for other repetitive jobs not included in the PM program.
  • Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings for the particular area of responsibility assigned.
  • Participate in the planning, estimating, scheduling and coordinating of the shutdown (turnaround) of a producing unit for the purposes of cleaning, inspecting, testing, repairing, restoring or altering any or all of its operating components and returning it to service in a satisfactory operating condition.
  • Provide input and analysis of data input to the MMIS (such as SAP) as directed.
  • Assist in the requirements for PSM/MI for maintenance.
  • Support and continually apply all Quality Improvement, Safety, Ecology, and Legal Compliance, policies and procedures.

Pre-SD activities:

  • Facilitate gathering detail planning information from previous TARs
  • Plan shutdown items in the RMS planning tool according to the planning guidelines set (Planning coordinator will provide priority basis for which items to plan when)
  • Request secondary mechanical planning as necessary through use of the IE master tracking sheet.
  • Participate in Area scope collection process
  • Maintain expected planning targets as set by the TAR core team.
  • Maintain tracking information in the Master IE tracking sheet on a timely basis.
  • Review detail planning of I/E jobs for accuracy and completeness
  • Train and validate planning done by the IE/Electrical planners in RMS and review job packages as necessary.
  • Participate in developing and organizing of site/unit infrastructure and facilities (provide summary of all I/E needs to Logistics Coordinator)
  • Participate in RFQ-process and bid process as necessary
  • Assist with cost estimating for I/E jobs / activities. Review results for accuracy.
  • Participate in development of TAR-specific Execution Plan
  • Ensure contractor understands the contents of I/E work packages

SD activities:

  • Provide field supervision of I/E jobs, including safety and quality oversight by being member of the Execution Coordination Teams as necessary (ECT).
  • Provide daily progress updates for I/E jobs? Adjust I/E job sequence, resources, and priority to maintain cost and schedule goals (with approval of Area Team Leader)
  • Document daily findings and events (notes/photographs)
  • Ensure discovery work is addressed through the TAR-specific work process
  • Participate in PSSRs, safety/housekeeping walkthroughs, and Re-commissioning activities

Post-SD activities:

  • Ensure input to contractor evaluations is obtained
  • Ensure purchase orders, notifications, and work orders are closed? Assist with cost evaluation
  • Participate in review meetings and creation of lessons learned? Ensure planning details, daily notes, photos, and other documentation are properly archived
  • Assist with clean-up of infrastructure and facilities, including warehouse re-inventory and surplus disposal

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
