Ability to make $90,000 - $105,000/ year

*$500 sign on bonus

E H Counseling LLC is a growing practice that is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-home, Intensive In-Community (IIC) services in the following counties:

• Bergen
• Passaic
• Burlington
• Morris
• Sussex
• Ocean
• Union
• Monmouth
• Middlesex

What sets us apart from other agencies?

• We offer tons of support. Clinician always has access to their clinical supervisor for any clinical needs that come up. If their direct supervisor cannot be reached, they have 2 additional points of contact. An on call supervisor is always available to answer questions or to assist.
• This is an employee (W2) position and not a contractor position. This means we pay your standard employee taxes and you are covered under our agency liability insurance.
• All of our clinical supervisors have extensive experience in In-community work
• Clinical supervision is provided at no cost to you

*The clinician must have the following licensures LSW, LAC, LCSW, MFT, LMFT, or LPC in the state of NJ

Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

• Provide short term counseling to youth ages 5-21 and their families in their home or in the community.
• Since this position is working with children, clinicians must have availability late afternoon, evenings, and or weekends during the school year.
• Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
• Collaborate with care managers weekly
• Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:

• Must be willing to go into the home or into the community to provide services while following CDC guidelines.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
• Must hold a valid/current practicing clinical license in NJ
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer literate/ Must also have access to a computer other than a Mac as the EHR system used for documentation only works with internet explorer/Microsoft edge
• Bilingual in high demand!* (Spanish/Hebrew/Yiddish/ Korean/Chinese/Russian/Mandarin/Arabic/ ASL Certified a plus )
• Experience working with DD population a plus
• Experience working with substance abuse a plus
• Must be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment and promote cultural sensitivity and strong leadership skills
• Must be willing to take a minimum of 4 cases (approximately 8-10 hrs a week) and can take up to 15 cases or more (ex: approximately 15 cases would be 30 face-to-face client hours a week. 50 weeks out of the year of this would be $90,000 for LAC/LSW/MFT and $105,000 a year for LCSW/LPC/ LMFT)

Full-time or part-time with PTO time and paid holidays available. Unfortunately we do not provide medical benefits at this time.
