Livingood’s Appliance, Savannah’s largest independent home appliance store is seeking a skilled and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to add to its corporate office team in Pooler. This position performs a wide variety of activities to ensure accountability for the overall flow of merchandise into and out of the warehouse. The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company's POS inventory. They work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accuracy with all paperwork related to the merchandise flow.

Responsibilities:

• Creating Purchase Orders for receipt of goods.
• Researching outstanding vendor shipments for availability and lead times.
• Analyze and process received goods for vendor invoicing.
• Daily invoicing of delivery orders and customer pickups.
• Processing product returns and changing products to applicable status.
• Communicating inbound deliveries to the warehouse manger.
• Compiling and filing of Sales, Delivery, and Invoiced orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Basic Accounting skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
