About The Position

The goal of the Janitorial division to help ensure the overall health and safety of each person that walks through the doors by accommodating each facilities unique cleaning requirements and scheduling demands with trained staff members to preform quality cleaning services.

Job Description

As a Janitorial Technician with us, you will be responsible for assisting the division in accomplishing it's goal by providing each of our commercial retail customer's facilities with quality cleaning services and support. You will help achieve our goal by maintaining each facilities cleanliness by completing a variety of quality cleaning tasks, some of the duties are as follows;

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and fixtures.
• Washing and clean windows and mirrors
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
• Help maintain cleaning inventory and stock supply rooms.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment as needed.
• Perform shift end site inspection to ensure consistent each task has been completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 21yrs or older
• 1 year - Prior commercial cleaning experience required
• Must speak English - Bilingual Spanish Preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to and from each work site.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills to communicate with managers.
• Ability to work independently and with a team on occasion.
