DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Participate in month end close and create the month-end reporting package.
• Participate in financial statement reporting and analysis and assist the department with cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including variances.
• Maintain internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and actual expenditures.
• Assist with organizational cash flow forecasting
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Work with different departments on any ad-hoc analysis in relations to operations when needed

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Business Administration with an Accounting focus or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and take ownership as the go-to accounting professional in the company
• Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
• Must be willing to develop and grow with the company and have the desire to take on more responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Applicant should be a team player and be able to work with a variety of personalities.
• Strong work ethic and follow through
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments and work well under pressure
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated initiative
• Mandarin/English verbal and written language proficiency highly desired

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
