The K-12 Future Pathways Coordinator for the Winnisquam Regional School District is responsible for supporting the Superintendent in developing and implementing a Future Pathways Program that will address the long term engagement and career needs of students K-12, with an emphasis on EXPOSING students in the earlier years, EXPLORING career paths in the middle years, and EXPERIENCING career paths in their final years before heading out the door to life after public education.Professional Contract - 100% Grant FundedReports to: SuperintendentJob Description: * Develop/enhance K-12 systems for exposing (K-5), exploring (6-8), and experiencing (9-12) college and career pathways to ensure 100% of our high school completers are ready to enroll, enlist, or be employed* Identify, evaluate and deploy essential components needed to enhance the Pathways program* Work with system leaders to ensure Future Pathways is fully integrated with our educational model* Develop relationships with many stakeholders, educators, parents, students, community partners, various agencies and entities both public and private* Identifies, analyzes, and collects critical data for monitoring progress and informing stakeholders* Identify and apply for funding sources/grants to ensure the longevity of the Future Pathways program and reduce impact to taxpayers* To develop and implement a post secondary system of support for completers* Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent
