Howlers and Growlers Tap House and Eatery is Windsor’s newest neighborhood eatery with a fun, delicious menu, bar, and rooftop patio, which is now open. Line Cook/Prep Cook Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle high volume food orders.
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean, organized, and well stocked
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and in good condition.
• Willingness to ensure the highest food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Have food safety knowledge and a current Food Handlers Card or must obtain.
• Follow recipes and food presentation specifications as needed.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Job Requirements:
• Previous kitchen experience 6 months+ in a restaurant setting
• 1 year kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30lbs/No Physical Limitations
• Able to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced environment
• Experience with opening a new restaurant is helpful.
• Full-time/Part Time availability(Minimum 20 hours weekly or more) with a flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
