Ace Outdoor Services LLC. - is seeking an experienced Landscape Designer/Estimator to work with our very fast paced and ever growing full service outdoor company. This position requires a seasoned individual in residential/commercial landscaping field. This position involves being in the office as well as assisting out in the field in various ways

· 3 years minimum experience in landscape sales, estimating, and design

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

· Understanding of landscape construction, drainage and grading

· Plant Identification skills required

· Current Driver’s license with clean, acceptable driving record

· Requires use of Uvision CAD software and hand drawing when applicable

· Prepares illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients or supervisors and making necessary changes.

· Creates designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.

. Project management of the project from start to finish

. Handle communications between clients and crews professionally and promptly,

. Generate leads and new business opportunities

This position requires the ability to multi task while maintaining the general requirements of the position in a time-sensitive environment. Extensive horticulture knowledge and exemplary customer service and sales skills are required of this position

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
