We are seeking an attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in criminal defense, either as an attorney or as a law clerk. We do not have a particular experience level in mind for this role. We are open to visiting with entry level attorneys or more experienced attorneys. We are more concerned with the right cultural fit than a particular experience level.

$60,000 - $90,000 yearly

• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Preside over paralegals, administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings and completing client projects
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome

• Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
• Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment

We have locations in Little Rock, Cabot, and Searcy. This position can be based out of Little Rock or Searcy. We are also set up for employees to work from home, which can be an option after you have proven yourself.

Our main practice area is criminal defense. We do some family law like adoption and guardianship, but we no longer handle divorces. We also handle estate planning and select civil litigation cases.
